Sponsorship of ACII 2021 offers companies access to the latest research and researchers in the field. There will be the opportunity to do virtual demos of products, distribute promotional materials and gain recognition on the ACII 2021 program. With several sponsorship categories there are a number of ways to be involved.

We are requesting interest in sponsorship for ACII 2021. We have several sponsorship categories that allow organizations to be involved in the conference at different levels starting from $1,500 (USD).

Platinum Sponsorship, $10,000

  • Recognition with company logo as a Main Sponsor in print, on the Web, and full page ad in conference program
  • An opportunity to showcase your company’s product as a virtual demo during the conference (up to 5 minutes)
  • Distribution (virtually) of one company-provided promotional sheet to attendees
  • A table in the virtual space for your company during the virtual poster session
  • Three free conference registrations

Gold Sponsorship, $6,000

  • Recognition with company logo as a Gold Sponsor in print, on the Web, and ½ page ad in conference program
  • An opportunity to showcase your company’s product as a virtual demo during the conference (up to 3 minutes)
  • Distribution (virtually) of one company-provided promotional sheet to attendees
  • A table in the virtual space for your company during the virtual poster session
  • Two free conference registrations

Silver Sponsorship, $3,000

  • Recognition with company logo as a Silver Sponsor in print, on the Web, and conference program
  • An opportunity to showcase your company’s product as a virtual demo during the conference (up to 1 minute)
  • Distribution (virtually) of one company-provided promotional sheet to attendees
  • A table in the virtual space for your company during the virtual poster session
  • One free conference registration

Bronze Sponsorship, $1,500

  • Recognition with company name as a Bronze Sponsor in print, on the Web, and conference program
